Nicolas Paez Speaks at Agile Tour 2010 (Dublin)

On Thursday (October 14th) Nicolas Paez will present a session titled “Lightweight Agile Framework for Quality Assurance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)“ at the 2010 Agile Tour to take place at Dublin, Ireland. During his session, Nicolas will show how an SME successfully used a lightweight framework based on premises like self-assessment, tailoring, automation, and positive peer pressure to assure a high level of service quality while removing the implied costs that would be derived from implementing a QA department. This paper, which was co-written with Ariel Schapiro, was also presented this year at the 39th JAIIO Conferences held at Buenos Aires, Argentina.
