is a Program Manager for Southworks, a software development company that provides consulting and development services for Fortune 50 companies around the world. He has been the technical lead for numerous projects with Microsoft, including Software+Services reference implementation LitwareHR that uses SSDS, the Multi-tenant Database Architecture Guide and the Software+Services Database Blueprints. He recently lead the efforts to create a set of hands-on labs for Oslo, and also lead the development team for TechEd 2008 keynote demo highlighting SQL Server.
