Teamwork is essential to our ability to delight our clients. We have a lot of talented people with a breadth of experience that come together to create solutions. Yet while we aggressively evaluate and use technology to help our teams collaborate, our first priority is to understand the principles that guide our choices and actions. It’s not the latest and greatest tools that generate synergy amongst us. No, we work well together and collaborate effectively because we believe in the value of teamwork.
